Donn’s belief in housing and community for all and diverse urban environments brought him to Environmental Works. His work focuses on the technical side of architecture: making sure buildings are built right and weather-tight, minimize energy use, and offer healthy environments.
Donn is a Washington State licensed architect, as well as a certified Building Performance Institute Building Analyst. He holds a Bachelors in Architecture from the Boston Architectural College and a Certificate in Construction Management from the University of Washington.
Representative projects include:
- Country Doctor Community Clinic (Seattle)
- Meriwether Place Housing for the Homeless (Vancouver, WA)
- Denise Louie Sand Point Education Center (Seattle)
Donn’s free-time pursuits include reviving his neighborhood council in West Seattle, and working to revive community in the car-centric neighborhood where he currently resides.
