Caroline W. Apartments

Community House Mental Health Agency helps people with severe and persistent mental illness increase their social, vocational, and life skills, with recovery as the program’s overall goal. This new apartment building will house 44 low-income individuals recovering from homelessness and chronic mental illness. Centrally located on Capitol Hill in Seattle, the Caroline W. will provide residents with private studio apartments as well as common space and a roof deck. The Caroline W. is designed to meet Built Smart and Evergreen Sustainable Development Standards.
