Meriwether Place
supportive housing, community facility
Named for Meriwether Lewis, this permanent supportive housing facility serves individuals coming out of homelessness who are receiving mental health services. The ground floor features common areas and offices, including spaces for case management for residents as well as for people living off-site. On-site services are provided by Lifeline Connections and Community Service Northwest. Meriwether Place was built to Evergreen Sustainable Development Standards. A tight building envelope keeps utility costs low, and all stormwater is detained and treated on-site.
