This workforce housing project sits at the gateway to the 12th Avenue commercial corridor with (40) one and two bedroom apartments, street-level retail, and basement parking. The Jefferson provides a bold design that is representative of the varied community as well as a high quality development that sets a precedent for this developing neighborhood. The project is also designed to reinforce the pedestrian nature of the streets by allowing flexible commercial space for small business owners, typical of the neighborhood businesses. In addition, Environmental Works provided landscape architectural services for The Jefferson.
