At the Tacoma/Pierce County Affordable Housing Consortium Awards Celebration, the Puyallup Tribal Housing Authority was honored with the SUSTAINABILITY Award for Environmental Works’ designed Tacoma Longhouse to be complete before 2012. Ground source heat pumps, SIPS walls and roof, and rain gardens are just some of the green features of this LEED Platinum targeted project.

Environmental Works is proud to announce that Rachel Minnery from our office will be attending the International Union of Architects in Tokyo, Japan on behalf of the AIA as chair of the Disaster Assistance Task Force.
