Meet DeAndre, Environmental Works’ summer intern.  DeAndre comes to our office through the Seattle Youth Employment Program (SYEP).  SYEP provides job training, work experience, and academic support to Seattle youth between the ages of 14–21.

On July 13th, tours were conducted at STRENGTH OF PLACE VILLAGE, Environmental Works’ new affordable housing project in the White Center neighborhood of West Seattle.  The project will be complete in mid Sept. and open Oct. 19.  Follow these two links to learn more about Strength of Place Village :
