Affordable Housing in the Heart of Seattle’s Central District

Bryant Manor | Seattle, WA

Bryant Manor’s six existing buildings, which have 58 units, will be redeveloped to create two buildings with 246 units. The project will be done in phases, so that 30 families may continue to live on-site during construction. This redevelopment will serve Black families displaced by gentrification and rising housing costs in Central Seattle. Community input has incorporated ground-floor retail and commons areas, an interior courtyard with children’s play areas, connections to adjacent Pratt Park, and affordable child care.
