This 32-unit building on Capitol Hill was built in 1988. After more than 25 years, it was ready for exterior updates to extend its lifespan and modernize its appearance for the 21st century. Improvements included new siding, balconies, and signage; a new, more welcoming and accessible entrance with a canopy to protect residents from the rain; and new windows and doors.
