HASCO, a long-time EW partner, purchased this multi-family building in 2015 to transform it into affordable senior housing. EW’s renovations made it more accessible and pedestrian-friendly for its new residents, adding a covered entrance with benches and improving walkways and landscaping. An entry vestibule retains heat during cold winter months. The siding and exterior painting were updated, giving the building a welcoming appearance while also extending its life span. Finishes were also updated in the units, and the common area kitchen and bathrooms were expanded and made accessible for people with disabilities.
