La Casa de la Familia Santa provides affordable housing for 46 families employed in the agricultural industry in Centralia, Washington. The project is a six-building development with a combination of two- and three-story structures organized around a south-facing courtyard/play area. There is a mixture of one-, two— and three-bedroom units designed around an exterior patio or deck. The project includes a separate Commons Building housing a meeting room, two staff offices, a computer room, common laundry and storage space.
