Shepherd’s Garden, an affordable housing community for seniors in Lynnwood, Washington, opened its doors in 2010. Developed and managed by American Baptist Homes of the West (ABHOW), this 40-unit property was built using green and sustainable principles that keep energy costs down for its low-income residents
The land on which Shepherd’s Garden was built was generously donated by Lynnwood’s Good Shepherd Baptist Church, which shares its community garden space with Shepherd’s Garden residents.
